What to include in a first enquiry
The four things that turn an enquiry into a quotation. Without them we can only guess, and guessing wastes a round trip:
- The lines — product names or the catalogue reference
- The volume — in cases, pallets or containers
- The destination — country and port or city
- The Incoterm — or tell us to advise, which is a fine answer
Response times
- Complete quotation requests — two business days
- Sample requests — two business days, courier at your cost
- Private label briefs — five business days, since the specification takes longer
- Anything sent over a weekend — Monday, Mountain Time
Visiting
Buyers are welcome at the Calgary warehouse and store by arrangement. Give us a few days' notice so the person you need is on site rather than at the port.
